  • Computer Training for Youths

 

  • Our organization provides 60 students each year computer learning preliminary courses for the youth. We have already well furnished state of art computer infrastructure Laboratory.
  • Px`rojector Facility to present with high-quality video lectures, this course shows visually everything with computers.
  • Learning incredibly valuable hands-on computer skills.

 

  • Training of Health Service Providers
  • During this year, it has been possible to organize 3 trainings on health & hygiene issues for the community people of GALSI II Block. The purpose of these trainings was to provide basic understanding on common diseases, hygiene practice and its management. 80 participants including ASHA and Anganwadi workers along with community women. Both the sessions were quite effective as women from the communities have expressed their positive thought to practice improved hygiene at their home.

 

  • Training on Malnutrition Management
  • It has been observed that children and adolescents in the communities suffer from malnutrition and their parents have hardly any idea about dealing with such situation. The parents have not been oriented on such issues either. UET thus decided to orient the parents on effective malnutrition management at home. The major focus of the orientation was on use of home-made normal diet as part of effective nutrition for their children.
